If urgent maintenance work is required it can be undertaken on my behalf with or without reference to me swiftly and professionally. Annual services like gas meter checks are programed in to be undertaken and not overlooked. Periodic maintenance checks ensure my properties are kept in shape as required by the Tenants Agreement. For new tenants Brittonâ€™s offer a screening service against all new applicants removing any worries and I find this by far the quickest and easiest way to get the right tenants in when a property becomes vacant.
