    MOVING IN:

    You will be required to pay the following sums 5 working days before moving in:

  • 1 month's rent in advance
  • The security deposit

    DURING THE TENANCY:

  • Amendments to the Tenancy Agreement: £75 (Tenant's Share)
  • Extension/renewal of Tenancy Agreement: £75 (Tenant's Share)

    SECURITY DEPOSIT:
