Regulation of Property Agents? We're ready for it!
Taking to the stage at the Labour Party Conference, Angela Rayner MP announced yesterday that the current government will legislate for property agents to be regulated. This means agents will need to be professionally qualified, licensed and held to a code of practice. Anyone who breaches these requirements will have their license revoked.
