The UK government has today, 30th September opened applications for the Green Homes Grant Scheme, which allows landlords and homeowners to apply for a grant of up to £10,000 towards the cost of making homes more energy efficient. This could be a huge benefit as the government is looking to increase minimum energy efficiency standards on rental homes in the next 5 years.
