Buying & Selling during Coronavirus

We are delighted that the government has allowed the property market to continue during this difficult time, however we take the safety of our clients and our team members incredibly seriously and therefore we are following all of the current government guidelines and the advice of the national association of estate agents, in order to keep everyone COVID secure.

Valuations:

You can contact us to arrange a property valuation as normal, although we will ask you a couple of extra questions to check that nobody in the household is showing any symptons or that anyone is currently self-isolating.

Any Brittons team member that enters your home will wear an appropriate face covering and will have used hand sanitizer prior to arrival. We will maintain social distancing during the valuation.

Viewings:

We will be happy to conduct viewings for people who are in a position to proceed. At the time of booking the appointment, we will explain our company protocol to you.

Office visits:

We are confident that the vast majority of enquiries can be handled without the need to attend our premises. It is possible to arrange a visit to our offices in King’s Lynn and Dersingham, although you will need to book an appointment.

Should you attend a pre booked appointment at one of our offices, we will of course ask you to wear a face covering and use the antibacterial hand gel that we provide. We will maintain social distancing at all times.
