Further to the Government’s announcements on 31st October, England is due to go into a further national lockdown from Thursday 5th November for an anticipated four weeks.
However, Secretary of State for Housing, Robert Jenrick, has confirmed that the property industry will remain open throughout this period.
It is vital that we operate with Covid-safe practices, however, and again limit in-person contact as much as possible.
Our office will remain open to appointments-only. If you have a query with regards to any of your properties, please call the office in the first instance on 01553 692828 or email the appropriate team as follows as all members of staff will not be in the office on all days:

In the event that you do need to visit the office, we request that PPE is worn in the form of a face mask or covering, that your hands are sanitised on entering the building and that you either log your visit using the NHS Covid19 app or to provide your details for track and trace purposes.
Although it is disappointing to be faced with a second lockdown, we will be working in line with guidance to ensure that we can continue to manage your property in line with best practice. The above measures prevent the risk of infection to the best of our ability and we remain open to anything you might need.
