After several months of negotiations, the directors of Brittons Estate Agents are delighted to announce that they have taken over the estate agency practice of Neville Pearson and Co.

With the amalgamation of these two very well known and highly respected estate agency firms it will now make Brittons one of the largest independent agents in the town.

Brittons also acquired the offices of Neville Pearsons which are situated on the Tuesday Market Place in what must be considered as one of the prime locations in the town with thousands of people gathering for the free entertainment provided by the Festival Too celebrations in the summertime, and The Mart in the month of February in addition to it being one of the busiest weekly markets and car parks in the town .

Brittons have temporarily closed the Tuesday Market offices for a few months whilst a massive refurbishment programme takes place to bring the building back to its former glory, but provide a more modern and up to date office environment.

In the meantime Brittons Estate Agents will continue to operate from their Norfolk Street premises for the time being and will re-launch the opening of their new offices in early Spring to coincide with their 20 years in business celebrations later this year.
