Home Information Pack (HIP)

It is now a legal requirement for all home sellers to produce a HIP ready for a potential buyer. Brittons would be pleased to arrange a HIP for you.

All landlords must now produce an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) prior to letting any property. Brittons would be pleased to arrange an EPC for you.

The following documents must be included in a HIP:

► Home Information Pack Index
► Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
► Sustainability information (required for newly built homes only)
► Sale statement
► Evidence of title
► Standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)
► A copy of the lease for leasehold properties
